Hunt Valley, Maryland (30 May 2025)—EA is proud to announce that Martha Clark Goss, a distinguished member of EA’s Board of Directors since 2020, has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement in Corporate Governance award by the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD/NJ). The award was presented at the organization’s awards banquet held in early May.

She is most deserving of this honor.”
The NACD/NJ Lifetime Achievement in Governance award is presented annually to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to corporate governance. The honor recognizes Goss’s outstanding career in banking, investments, insurance, and finance, as well as her significant contributions to numerous corporate boards, including American Water, Neuberger Berman Mutual Funds, and Allianz Life of New York.
Goss’s career has been marked by numerous leadership roles, including serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Amwell Holdings/Hopewell Holdings LLC, Chief Financial Officer of The Capital Markets Company LLC, and Chief Financial Officer of Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation. She has also held senior executive positions with Prudential Insurance Company of America and Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.
In addition to her professional achievements, Goss is a frequent speaker on corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and audit committee topics for multiple professional organizations. She has been a trustee, treasurer, and trustee emerita of Brown University since 1987, and has received numerous accolades, including the Distinguished Alumni Award from Brown University.
