Hunt Valley, Maryland (2 February 2026)—EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC (EA), a leading provider of interdisciplinary environmental services, is proud to announce the appointments of Frank Desantis and Nathan Jones as Profit Center Manager for EA’s New York and Mountain West operations, respectively. Their responsibilities include oversight of day-to-day operations to include personnel, safety, and quality management, client satisfaction, business development, and financial performance within their respective regions. EA maintains three affiliate locations (Syracuse, Oswego, and Marlboro) in New York and two (Denver and Albuquerque) in the Southwest/Rocky Mountains. The promotions are part of the firm’s ongoing succession planning efforts, providing opportunities for EA employees to grow and expand their roles within the organization.

Frank DeSantis, Jr. – Profit Center Manager for New York Operations
DeSantis is a seasoned scientist with over 20 years of experience in the biological and environmental fields. Since joining EA in 2007, he has demonstrated exceptional technical acumen and management across the spectrum of site characterization and remediation services to address environmentally impaired sites and help clients achieve program goals. His extensive experience in program and staff management includes a deep understanding of EA’s processes and clients’ challenges. DeSantis completed his Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Forest Biology at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
Nathan Jones, PE, PMP – Profit Center Manager for Mountain West Operations
Jones joined EA in 2022 to oversee the firm’s Denver office. Since then, he has successfully managed challenging projects for multiple clients, demonstrating both his leadership and management skills. Jones has 21 years of professional experience working on a variety of environmentally impacted sites, including mines, refineries, landfills, airports, as well as chemical storage, defense, Superfund, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act facilities. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. Jones is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states and holds a Project Management Professional certification through the Project Management Institute. He currently serves on the board of the Society of American Military Engineers Denver Metro Post.
