EA has successfully accomplished NEPA and SEPA quality assurance compliance for a myriad of project types, including some of the most complex and controversial projects in the country. EA typically serves as the principal author of the NEPA and SEPA quality assurance documents, preparing documentation and completing analyses for applicable elements. EA facilitates the environmental impact statement scoping process, organizes and manages environmental impact statement teams, coordinates and runs public meetings, and assists lead agencies through document issuance and the project review process.
EA develops a defensible strategy for each project, implements this strategy through excellent technical analysis, creates clear and concise documentation, and pays close attention to procedural requirements. Much of this work requires a range of technical disciplines and a creative approach to review and entitlement. Our overall objective is to ensure that all of our environmental review documents meet our clients’ goals and can withstand legal scrutiny. None of our past NEPA and SEPA quality assurance documents have been successfully challenged.
