Through an ongoing Master Service Agreement relationship, EA assists a Class I railway client with operations in the western United States and Canadian provinces maintain leading operational compliance and performance. EA professionals provide multi-media compliance support at program and facility level. EA has completed thousands of routine compliance inspections at over 60 locations throughout the southwest, mountain west, and great plains territories. Inspections are completed in accordance with approved client procedures and applicable facility-specific regulatory management plans (i.e., SPCC, SWPPP, etc.) or permits. EA completes visual monthly facility inspections of assets and yard utilizing approved forms. Findings are identified and entered into an environmental management information system and corrective actions are completed in the field or coordinated with the appropriate department. Utilizing risk-based approaches, EA recommends and implements corrective actions ranging from label replacement to regulatory plan updates.
