A-E Services to Support Environmental and Engineering Assessments for Department of Defense Fuel Systems Worldwide

Interior of building housing complex mechanical equipment including fuel storage tanks.EA has provided environmental and engineering assessments and training support for Department of Defense Fuel Systems managed under the Defense Logistics Agency–Energy leak detection program under multiple federal contracts.  EA has executed over $90 million in fuels compliance program support at 500+ facilities globally, including active fuel terminals, airfield hydrant systems, stationary and mobile tank storage, and dispensing equipment and pipelines. Services include program management; development of spill management plans (i.e., SPCC/ISCs); pollution prevention; tightness testing/leak detection; monitoring of tanks and pipelines; leak confirmation, location, and inspection; regulatory analysis; and feasibility studies/evaluations.  EA has supported the program for more than 10 years, which has required travel to perform work at 313 CONUS sites (covering all U.S. states) and 68 OCONUS sites including Azores (Portugal), Bahamas, Cuba, Diego Garcia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Italy, Japan, Korea, Marshall Islands (Kwajalein Atoll), Puerto Rico Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, and Wake Island.
