This comprehensive report documents EA’s ongoing commitment to environmental, social, and governance principles and efforts to deliver on our public benefits. Focus areas include environmental stewardship, our people and communities, and innovation and industry leadership.

- More than 46,000 hours of professional development time utilized by 96% of EA’s workforce
- Over 2,700 hours of employee volunteerism supporting more than 325 organizations nationwide
- $71,000 raised for Water For People through EA’s Workplace Giving Program
- 27% of direct project spend subcontracted to small and diverse suppliers, reinforcing EA’s commitment to supply chain diversity
- More than 5,400 hours of health and safety training
- Continued alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and industry-leading reporting frameworks (Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Universal Standards and SASB)
