EA Issues 2024 Corporate Social Responsibility Report and Public Benefit Statement

This comprehensive report documents EA’s ongoing commitment to environmental, social, and governance principles and efforts to deliver on our public benefits. Focus areas include environmental stewardship, our people and communities, and innovation and industry leadership.

“In an interconnected world, business success and social responsibility are inextricably linked, and the landscape of corporate responsibility is evolving rapidly, driven by rising expectations from our stakeholders,” said Brian Lesinski, Executive Vice President and Director, Corporate Social Responsibility. “At EA, we view these expectations as a strategic imperative and an opportunity to innovate and grow in support of our employee owners and the communities where we live and work.”

The 2024 CSR Report highlights EA’s progress in sustainability, professional development, community support, and charitable giving. Key achievements include:

  • More than 46,000 hours of professional development time utilized by 96% of EA’s workforce
  • Over 2,700 hours of employee volunteerism supporting more than 325 organizations nationwide
  • $71,000 raised for Water For People through EA’s Workplace Giving Program
  • 27% of direct project spend subcontracted to small and diverse suppliers, reinforcing EA’s commitment to supply chain diversity
  • More than 5,400 hours of health and safety training
  • Continued alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and industry-leading reporting frameworks (Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Universal Standards and SASB)

The 2024 calendar year was marked by strategic evolution for EA, with several senior leadership changes and organizational shifts designed to support long-term growth, improve operational agility, and strengthen the firm’s ability to serve clients. The company’s efforts to reduce its carbon footprint, enhance cybersecurity, and foster a culture of ethical innovation and governance are also detailed in the report.
