Hunt Valley, Maryland (25 August 2026)—EA has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract to perform Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)–Omaha District. Projects assigned under this small business set-aside contract will be performed for customers of the Northwestern Division of USACE. This most-recent selection marks the sixth in a series of ERS contracts held by EA in support of the USACE-Omaha District and its customers.
Work performed under this contract may involve services related to all requirements of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Air Act, and other related Federal Programs. The contract may include a wide range of environmental remediation services at various known or suspected hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste or Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) sites. The estimated total value of this contract is $249 million, to be shared among the pool of 11 small business awardees. The contract provides a base ordering period of 5 years and allows for a 2-year optional period or until contract capacity is reached.

Over the last 7 years, EA has executed more than $575 million in task assignments as a prime contractor under federal contracts, covering the full scope of ERS activities to address issues at hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste and MMRP sites. These activities have ranged from environmental investigations to remedial actions to long-term monitoring, operations and maintenance, and response actions. Under predecessor ERS contracts with USACE-Omaha District, EA has performed CERCLA and RCRA environmental investigation, remediation, and MMRP services at more than 30 active installations.
