Hunt Valley, Maryland (27 March 2025)—EA is proud to announce the appointment of Aaron Bugher and Garrett Lee as Profit Center Managers for the firm’s Texas and Pacific Northwest operations, respectively. Both were promoted from within the firm—an important part of EA’s succession planning strategy of furthering employee professional growth and creating career opportunity. EA Profit Center Managers are accountable for ensuring operational performance, personnel management, technical excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth while supporting staff and organizational leadership in their respective offices.

Aaron Bugher, PE – Profit Center Manager for Texas Operations. With more than a decade of experience in environmental engineering, Aaron has been an invaluable asset to our Texas team since joining EA in 2014. He has managed multiple high-profile remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial action projects in Texas and adjacent states. His technical areas of expertise focus on site management, sampling and sample management, operations and maintenance, and oversight of well installations and groundwater injection. Bugher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.
Garrett Lee, PE – Profit Center Manager for Pacific Northwest Operations. A licensed Professional Engineer in Washington, Garrett will oversee operations across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. With 11 years at EA, he has progressed from project engineer to leading the region’s site characterization and remediation group, working with key federal and private-sector clients. His experience includes remedial investigations and feasibility studies, engineering design and analysis, stormwater management, long-term operation and maintenance, and programmatic environmental compliance. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University and is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
