EA provides subject matter expertise and advisory support to the Director – Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality and client team concerning quality and environmental management system (EMS) transition update and implementation following business merger with a global leader in chemical surface treatment with 1,500 specialized products and systems for more than 30 industries, including metal fabrication, aerospace, agricultural, appliance, microelectronics, architectural, automotive, coil, and other surface treatment-related markets, as well as non-metal industries such as food, pharmaceutical, plastics recycling, pulp and paper, latex, and transportation industries. Services include gap assessment; quality management system transition update to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management System Standard; training; leadership management coaching; and supporting documentation development. Unique aspects of the project include compressed timeframe for third-party ISO certification and ongoing transition of client operations into the new global entity programs.
