EA assisted the North American Operations of a global specialty gases company a customized environmental, social, and governance metrics and reporting process for 80+ facilities based on GRI and ISO 14001. The reporting process used a risk-based approach to define significant material aspects including storage tanks, waste generation, stormwater, greenhouse gas emissions, etc. A simplified spreadsheet reporting tool was developed and distributed to support annual data collection and roll-up for organizational reporting to GRI standards. The process was implemented in 2009 and has been in use for over decade. Reporting data roll up to the corporate reporting systems.
