EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC Welcomes Jayne Aaron to its National Environmental Policy Act Practice

Hunt Valley, Maryland (11 August 2015)—EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC (EA), a leading provider of interdisciplinary environmental services, is pleased to announce the addition of Jayne Aaron, an accomplished environmental planner and architectural historian, to its National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) practice. Located in the company’s Denver, Colorado office, Jayne will assist clients to achieve and manage compliance with NEPA and National Historic Preservation Act requirements.

Jayne comes to EA with more than 20 years of experience managing complex environmental planning projects. As a result, she is an expert at meeting the procedural requirements of NEPA and thoroughly understands how to create defensible documentation. Throughout her career, Jayne has exceled at designing innovative strategies and management plans to integrate new and existing regulations, policies, and guidance, and cultural and natural resource management activities, into a single planning and compliance program. A transparent communicator and strong collaborator, she has successfully completed large NEPA projects on behalf of numerous federal agencies including the National Park Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Highway Administration, National Guard Bureau, U.S. Coast Guard, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Today, Jayne is on the cutting-edge of NEPA issues including climate change impacts, cumulative impact analyses, environmental justice, and wilderness stewardship.

Jayne holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design (Architecture and Planning) from the University of Colorado. She has extensive professional training and earned the credential of Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, Accredited Professional (LEED, AP) from the U.S. Green Building Council. In accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines, Jayne is professionally recognized as an Architectural Historian.
