EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. Announces the Addition of Jaye Cuthie, PMP, to its Technology Services Practice
Hunt  Valley,  Maryland  (20 December  2013)— EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. (EA), a leading provider of interdisciplinary environmental services, is pleased to announce its recent hiring of Jaye Cuthie, PMP, who joins us in Hunt Valley as an Information Technology (IT) Business Analyst/Client Manager. In this role, Ms. Cuthie is responsible for the overall development, configuration, operation, and continual improvement of applications that help our clients manage and communicate environmental, health, and safety data.
With nearly 10 years of experience in the IT industry, Jaye’s career has focused on enterprise networking and software implementation projects. Most recently, she directed a $20 million IT network modernization program for a federal agency, where she was responsible for managing the project life cycle in accordance with industry best practices. This complex project involved more than 1,500 functional requirements, and Jaye oversaw the design and architecture of the system, completion of design documents, and development of technical support publications.
“Jaye’s cross-functional business experience in IT application development and demonstrated success in business process analysis made her the ideal candidate for this position,” said Michael Battle, EA’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. “Her proven ability to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines is certainly an asset given the fast-paced environment of today’s consulting industry.”
In addition to being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, Jaye is ITIL® V3 Foundation Certified, and is an ISO 9001:2008 Lead Quality Management Systems Auditor. A graduate of Dickinson College, she has enhanced her education through additional courses in contracting, communications, leadership, and management.
