EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. Expands Stormwater Management Capabilities with the Addition of David Briglio, P.E.

Hunt Valley, Maryland (27 September 2013)—EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. (EA), a leading provider of interdisciplinary environmental services, announced today the addition of David (Dave) Briglio, P.E., to its engineering team. With Mr. Briglio, EA adds depth to its extensive stormwater management capabilities to respond to increased demand for specialized technical expertise to fulfill the requirements of Maryland’s Stormwater Management – Watershed Protection and Restoration Program (House Bill 987).

With over 22 years of stormwater management experience, Dave excels at applying Best Management Practices to most cost effectively meet Total Maximum Daily Load and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems permit requirements. He is an expert in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater retrofit design, watershed assessment and management planning, and stream restoration. A skilled communicator, he has conducted training, developed operations and maintenance manuals, and educated residents on stormwater management. In addition, Dave provides clients with a higher return on investment by maximizing the utilization of client resources and leveraging available funding through grants and cost-sharing programs. A licensed professional engineer in six states, Dave holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Engineering and Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
