Luke has worked on a broad spectrum of projects, ranging from the design of livestock waste control facilities and restoration of impaired wetlands and lakes, to supporting cleanup actions at environmentally distressed sites. Mr. Rief served as resident engineer for the construction of a groundwater treatment plant at an EPA Superfund site in Texas, and provided technical support for the first year of plant operation. He also served as design engineer for erosion mitigation projects at two other federal Superfund sites in Oklahoma and Texas.
